We do many events here at the barn but weddings… they’re our ‘thing’. The Tythe Barn is a 14th Century thatched barn on a working farm with a stunning setting – expansive manicured lawns, pretty pergolas and pathways and the large stone barn which oozes character, think thick stone walls and exposed beams that are perfect for decking with fairy lights, flowers or bunting. The family-run business is well-known for it’s faultless attention to detail and the venue’s award winning in-house caterers are top-notch! The Bridal Suite is a charmingly rustic Shepherd’s Hut whilst The Nook is the luxurious barn exclusively reserved for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in! It’s perfection in the country.
The Tythe Barn provides you with a blank canvas upon which you can create the wedding day of your dreams and there’s a small, friendly and dedicated team to help you every step of the way. The flexibility at The Tythe Barn is rather difficult to beat with options to wed indoors or outdoors, from choosing to share pizzas in the evening from the wood-fired oven to a hog roast in the back gardens to the gin station on the old cart versus drinks from the old Landie. Whatever you go for the dedicated and close-knit team provide on-going support and everything is executed to the highest of standards.
